Who we are

DashXR B.V. is responsible for the personal data described in this statement. Our registered address is Hoge Zand 39, Unit 1.01, 2512 EL The Hague, The Netherlands. Our Chamber of Commerce number is 90544862.

For privacy questions or requests, email info@dashxr.io.

Contact and project enquiries

When you email us or use the project form, we process your name, email address, message, and any business information you provide. The form also asks for your project stage. Your organisation name is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information that we do not need to answer your enquiry.

We use these details to answer your question, discuss your project, and follow up on the conversation. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining business contacts. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we process the necessary information to take those steps.

Without the required contact details and message, we cannot handle a form enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

We keep ordinary enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle the contact, up to two years after our last contact. If the conversation becomes a client engagement, records needed for that engagement, legal obligations, or legal claims may need to be kept longer for those purposes.

Newsletter

With your consent, we use your email address to send DashXR project stories, research, events, and technical articles. Subscribing is optional and separate from contacting us about a project.

We use Resend to manage the mailing list and send emails. It processes your email address, subscription status, and delivery information such as bounces. Email open and click tracking are disabled in our current sending configuration.

We keep your active subscription until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by emailing info@dashxr.io. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it. An unsubscribe or suppression record may remain where needed to respect your choice and prevent further mailings. You can also ask us to delete your personal data.

Website operation and security

Our hosting infrastructure receives technical information needed to serve the website, such as your IP address, requested page, request time, and browser information. The forms use an IP-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions and help prevent abuse.

We process this information for our legitimate interest in running a reliable and secure website. Technical records are kept only as needed to operate the service, diagnose faults, and investigate or prevent abuse. Relevant records may be retained while a security incident or legal matter is being resolved.

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information involved. These include encrypted connections, restricted access, and keeping email-service credentials outside the publicly accessible website.

Service providers and transfers

We use hosting, email, and IT service providers to operate the site and handle communications. Resend delivers project enquiries to our inbox, can send an acknowledgement to you, and manages newsletter contacts. Our mailbox provider processes correspondence we send and receive. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Cookies and external links

We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics to measure page visits and referral sources. This does not set advertising or analytics cookies or store visitor identifiers in your browser. The contact and newsletter forms send information only when you submit them. Resend is contacted by our server, not by a tracking script in your browser.

Our Instagram, LinkedIn, and other external links are ordinary links, not embedded social-media widgets. If you follow a link, the destination website's privacy and cookie practices apply.

We do not ask for cookie consent for the current setup. If we add technology that requires consent, we will request it before that technology is activated and update this statement.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the processing and applicable legal conditions, you can:

  • Ask for access to your personal data and a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your data or restrict its use.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and object to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
  • Ask for portability of data you provided where processing is automated and based on consent or a contract.

Send requests to info@dashxr.io. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month. If a request is complex or we receive several requests, the law permits an extension of up to two additional months. We will tell you within the first month if an extension is needed and explain why.

Scope and changes

This statement covers the DashXR website, ordinary enquiries, and newsletter subscriptions. It does not cover XR ScaleKit accounts, device reservations, recruitment, or personal data processed within client applications. Those activities require information specific to the service and the organisation responsible. Contact us if you need privacy information about one of those services.

We update this statement when our processing changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
